How to Check the Status of your Tickets in Web9 Technologies Client Area?

Steps to check the status of your tickets in Web9 Technologies Client Area:

  • Login to Web9 Technologies Client Area.
  • You can either click on Active Tickets from the main dashboard or go to the Support option from the left and click on My Tickets.
  • Now, in the Status column, you can see the status of all your tickets.
  • If you want to view any ticket then just click on the ticket which you want to view.
  • The ticket gets open and here you can give a reply to a message.

That’s how you can check the status of your tickets in the Web9 Technologies Client Area.
