To cancel a service please follow these steps:

Login to your account at https://web9.shop (Web9 Clients Portal)
Select the menu Services > My Services
Identify the product / service you want to cancel and click on the product / service.
On product / service details page select Actions > Request Cancellation
On Account Cancellation Request page provide a short description regarding the reason to cancel the product / service. Here you have the choice to cancel immediately or cancel at the end of the billing period.
Enter all the information and click on Request Cancellation (Button).

Important note: If you have a PayPal recurring subscription set up, please make sure you also cancel this in your PayPal account.
