To submit a support ticket, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account by going to https://web9.shop (Web9 Clients Portal) using your username(Email) and password.
- Select the menu Open Ticket and select Support Department
- On Submit Ticket page - Enter all the information like, Subject, Related Service, Priority, Message and attachments(supporting screenshots / documents)
- After entering all the information click on Submit.
Now you have submitted the support ticket, we will attend the concern in the order of priority.
